New Media Senior Project/Production Manager

4WARD Intellect is looking for a senior project/production manager with experience in managing a variety of new media interactive projects including web sites, videos, motion graphics and on-line marketing solutions. Additional experience in managing print, exhibits and environmental graphics are an asset.

Working with a cross-functionalteam of technical, design, communications and client service individuals, the role’sprimary responsibility requires management of multiple projectsfrom inception through to delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years experience in managing a diverse range of multi media and marketing related projects
• Strong understanding of interactive web, video and technical development processes
• In-depth knowledge of management software tools, processes and best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive and responsive attitude
• Makes clear, confident, and thoughtful decisions that facilitate multiple objectives
• Curious and enthusiastic for emerging interactive and video technologies
• Takes a leadership role in working collaboratively with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a variety ofmultiple project deliveriesincluding planning, documentation, communication, quality control, resources (internal and external), schedules, and budgets
• Insure that all internal and external expectations are met or exceeded
• Participate in on-going internal reviews, post project reviews, internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices
• Provide assessment and input into new resources, processes and systems that contribute toan efficient, productive, cost effective and profitable company
• Act as a company advocate and contribute to building client and supplier relationships
